5lb Common Carp caught on double red maggot on swim feeder rod to 4lb main line. This was taken amongst other skimmers and Bream on a hot day in July 1994. The fish was caught at a Kingfisher water called the Pollard Lake. It can be a challenging lake as it is 43 acres in size and has depths of up to 30 meters in places.
