Nice Male Tench caught at Whitevane Pond. It was the second one I caught of two that day in May 2008 and it weighed around 4 and a half pounds. The Females are normally bigger than the males and this was caught from the same swim. The female pictured earlier was 7 and a half pounds. This fish is in remarkable condition, one of the best conditioned Tench I have ever caught.
