5lb 14oz Tench caught during a week long session at Johnson's Lake at Snodland. My Dad and I totalled over 14 fish in three days between 3 and 6lb. They were all taken using float tackle to 6lb line close in to the margins in about 10 foot of water using maggot and worm as the hook bait. We had to rake the swim out before fishing and must have removed about  a square meter of pond weed before we could start fishing. This complex is now run by Mid Kent Fisheries and has always been a good Tench water.
